WELLNESS DEPARTMENT RULES

  • Please be mindful of the equipment found in the wellness department. Our guests are fully financially liable for any intentional or unintentional damage they cause.
  • In order to uphold health standard laws, to offer high quality treatments, and to ensure the peace of our guests, it is STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO: 
  • smoke, litter, or consume alcohol in the department,
  • use the pool without showering first,
  • eat food in the pool, contaminate the water, be loud, jump into the water,
  • enter the pool or the sauna with fragile or otherwise hazardous items,
  • act in a way that is considered immoral or breaks our house rules.
  • According to health standard laws, the department management must ensure the continuous good quality of the pool water, and the cleanliness of the pool and its surrounding area.
  • The management reserves the right to change business hours if necessary (i.e. due to technical issues, low water levels, known hazards).
  • Visitors will be notified of these changes on our noticeboard.
  • Guests suffering from contagious illnesses or any skin related infections are prohibited from using our services.
  • Intoxicated guests are forbidden to enter the department.
  • Please respect the house rules and any warnings the department workers may give you. Failing to follow rules and warnings will result in you being denied service.
  • In case of injury or sickness, notify the department workers or the receptionist immediately.

Furthermore, in order to avoid sickness or injuries, guests are prohibited to use the pool if they: 

  • have a fever, or suffer from infectious gastrointestinal or skin conditions, 
  • have an open wound,
  • suffer from ailments that result in cramps, fainting, or altered skin conditions on large, visible areas of the body, 
  • are intoxicated by alcohol or medicine, or under the influence of drugs.
