RULES OF THE WELLNESS DEPARTMENT

 

Please take care of all the equipment of the wellness department. Anyone who causes damage intentionally or through careless behavior will be held financially liable.

In order to comply with the health authority regulations and ensure proper treatment and the undisturbed rest of those staying in the department, it is NOT ALLOWED:

to smoke,

litter,

drink alcoholic beverages in the department,

TO USE THE POOL WITHOUT A BATH OR SHOWER,

to eat in the pool,

pollute the water,

make noise,

jump into the water,

to bring fragile objects or any device that could cause accidents or injuries into the pool or sauna,

to behave in a manner that violates public morality, house rules, or violate the rules of coexistence.

In accordance with the relevant health regulations, the quality of the water in the pools must be ensured as prescribed by the authorities; the pools and area must be cleaned and maintained.

 

The operating hours may be changed by the management of the institution in justified cases (technical failure, lack of water, risk of accident, etc.)

 

The change must be communicated to the guests in a notice posted.

 

The services may not be used by people suffering from infectious or skin diseases.

 

Intoxicated persons may not be present in the department.

Anyone who does not accept the provisions or does not comply despite the warning may be refused service.In the event of injury or illness, the staff or the reception must be notified.

 

We would also draw your attention to the fact that in the interest of the health and physical integrity of those using the services of the department, the pool may not be visited by anyone who:

has a fever,

or is suffering from an infectious gastrointestinal or skin disease,

has an open wound,

suffers from a convulsive state,

loss of consciousness,

or a disease with a noticeable or extensive pathological change,

is drunk,

or under the influence of drugs or intoxicating medication.
