The main changes in the hotel and restaurant services:
- In addition to the introduction of preventive measures, breakfast will be served as a buffet and dinner will be served in a plate service system. In case of higher numbers of guests, breakfast and dinner will be served in several shifts.
- We regularly disinfect common areas and rooms. We pay increased attention to disinfecting door handles and TV remote controls. In case of extra cleaning or disinfection needs, our colleagues are ready to assist you.
- We provide hand sanitizer in the communal areas for all our guests and staff.
- Please let us know if you experience any signs of illness. Please use the hand sanitizers provided in the communal areas regularly.
- We clean the rooms and all surfaces with a virucidal disinfectant, and our ozone generator also helps clean and disinfect the rooms and guest areas.

Safety regulations
For your safety, please observe the following regulations:
- The hotel is a non-smoking hotel, please do not smoke in the building.
- In case of emergency, please call the Reception at 06-30-756-6116 or 06-34-487-960.
- In the event of a fire alarm, leave the building immediately; the escape route is posted at the entrance to the room.
- Always keep your room locked, close the window when leaving! Protect your valuables by using the room safe.
- The hotel is not responsible for valuables or cash left in the rooms.
- The blinds and mosquito nets on the windows of the rooms can be opened vertically.
