We are delighted that you have chosen our hotel and we would like you to enjoy your stay with us. Our selection of dishes, the numerous cultural and sports facilities in the area, the variety of entertainment and the beautiful landscape can contribute to your experience . We would kindly ask you to respect the rules of the hotel so that all our guests can feel comfortable.
Our rooms
You can occupy your room from 14:00 on the day of arrival. You are supposed to leave the room by 10:00 the latest on the day of departure.
Please indicate your cleaning request by hanging up the sign.
Upon request, we provide a cot free of charge for children up to 3 years old.
It is forbidden to use coffee makers, electric kettles, irons, heaters, and other heat-producing devices in the rooms.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel! Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. In case of violation of the smoking rules, we will charge a compensation of HUF 50,000/person/occasion. Thank you for your understanding.
After 10:00 PM, please turn down the television to ensure the comfort of other guests.
Please leave your room keys at the reception desk when leaving the hotel. A replacement key will cost HUF 3,000.
The local government imposes a tourist tax for the current year, which is mandatory for guests over 18 years of age, per guest night.
Dog-friendly hotel etiquette
Please keep your dog on a leash at all times when in the hotel, outside of your room.
If you are unsure where you can let your dog go around the hotel, ask our receptionists who are happy to help.
Do not leave your dog alone in the room for long periods of time during which he may show separation anxiety (barking, scratching the door). Before you go on holiday together, check whether your dog can be left alone in a place that is unknown to them.
Please inform the hotel staff if your dog is resting in the room.
It is strictly FORBIDDEN to let an animal on the bed!
If the dog/pet leaves its excrement in any area of the hotel, please clean it up and, if possible, have these activities carried out outside the hotel.
The Owner is fully responsible (financially, legally and morally) for any damage caused by the animal in the hotel room and other departments.
Basic requirements for dogs arriving at the hotel
They must not be aggressive towards people or other dogs.
They must arrive at the hotel in a well-groomed manner. They must be protected against parasites.
They must have the official, mandatory vaccinations, and the owner must be able to prove this. Please bring the dog's vaccination record with you.
